We offer competitive rates and lower fees for a variety of mortgage loans including 10 year, 15 year & 30 year fixed rate options The property must have 20% (1 unit) and 25% (2-4 units) equity or greater to qualify for these loans.
Or maybe a 3/1, 5/1 or 7/1 adjustable rate loan would be a better choice for you. The rate is fixed for 3, 5, or 7 years. After this term, the loan converts to a 1 year adjustable rate loan indexed to the CMT 1 year treasury. The repayment term is still based on 30 years. You pick the option that works best for you.
